Hey Metalheads! A new chapter of ARTHEMIS history is opened now. We’re here to announce the new line-up who’s gonna rock you to the bones!
Paolo and Matteo, original drummer and bass player of the band, decided to choose different paths of life, and to resign the band.
The guys of the early line-up wanna thank you all for the great support!!!
Paolo: Ciao metallici! Dopo non so neanch’io bene quanti anni di Arthemis, mi vedo a malincuore costretto, per motivi di tempo, a lasciare la band. Voglio ringraziare di cuore tutti i ragazzi della band per le splendide esperienze vissute insieme, e tutti i fans per il supporto e l’affetto dimostratimi in questi anni.
Resterò comunque un grande fan della band!!!!

Hey Metalheads!!
After several years playing with my brothers in Arthemis, I find myself forced to leave the band, having not enough time to dedicate to the band and being very busy.
Wanna sincerely say a big Thank You from the bottom of my heart to all the guys in the band for such an unforgettable bunch of great experiences we had together through the years, and wanna thank all the ARTHEMIS fans for the great love and support you gave me during these fantastic rockin’ years!
One thing is sure, from now on, I’ll be a big fan of Arthemis anyway!!

Ehi ragazzi,
solo poche righe per dire che per alcune importanti circostanze ho deciso di lasciare gli Arthemis.
Una scelta soffertissima ma necessaria, dato che non posso più garantire il mio totale impegno verso la band. Arthemis significa anche 15 anni della mia vita, anni in cui ho avuto la fortuna di crescere musicalmente e personalmente con grandi amici e musicisti come Andrea, Paolo e Alessio, con cui ho condiviso esperienze fantastiche come il recente tour in Giappone e la performance al mitico Bloodstock Festival, e per tutto questo sarò loro sempre grato.Auguro ad Andrea e agli Arthemis il futuro migliore che possano avere, perché lo meritano davvero!!! Un saluto ed un ringraziamento speciale a tutti quelli che ci hanno sempre supportati nel corso degli anni!!!

Hey guys,
Just a few lines to say that, due to important things happening in my life right now, I can’t be in Arthemis anymore and I can’t guarantee my total commitment to the band 100%. Arthemis for me has meant a lot, 15 years of my life growin’ up with great friends as Andrea, Paolo and Alessio, sharing unforgettable moments as the most recent Arthemis Japan Tour and crazy performance at Bloodstock Festival in UK and for this I wanna say a huge thank you to them.
I wish Andrea and the New Arthemis the best of luck because they really deserve it!!
I wanna thank all our fans for the amazing support through the years!

Andy comments: ‘Hi there Metalheads, well’.big time’..time for a change, and change sometimes means risk but, because I’ve never been afraid of taking risks, to me has always meant ‘time for a new life’, new experiences, meeting new people and well’.I feel very excited and ready to get back on the road in a while!!
Beside my brothers’ decision to leave the band means a lot to me and, I totally understand and respect their decision, the great thing is’.me and my brothers of all times Paolo and Matteo will play together anyway in a cover band soon probably hehehe, our long time-friendship will never die and is too big and important for us so’yeah, we’re gonna have good fun anyway hehe’can’t wait!’
The New ARTHEMIS line-up is ready to hit the road and record the new album in January 2010.
Great news to come for the Heavy-Thrash Metal band leaded by the Shred- Guitar master Andrea Martongelli who can’t wait to see you again on the road and show the energy, the wasting power of the following new pounding line-up:
FRANK: Vocals / Guitars
ANDY: Guitars
DAM: Bass
CONRAD: Drums
Andy says: ‘At the moment I’m ‘VERY EXCITED’ to introduce you the new Arthemis line-up that will rock you to the bones and will come and kick your ass at Hellfire Festival II in November and HARD ROCK HELL III in December in the UK.
FRANK on vocals, one of the greatest singers I’ve ever met during my career, amazing rythm guitarist, too and crazy performer on stage. His voice is killer for everyone who wanna hear the scream of Metaaaaal!!!
DAM on bass guitar, better known as a proper Killer-Groove-Shred Bass-Machine, Damian has an amazing stage presence and he’s a kick-ass singer, too’.you’ll see him in action very soon!!!
CONRAD on drums, awesome and his drumming simply SLAYS!!!

By the way, eight songs have already been written for our new album that will be recorded on January 2010 and it’s scheduled to be released next year!!! The new album will represent ARTHEMIS at their best!! I’m very excited and the songs are crazy and Heavy as never before!’
